IslandStyleHome.com further guarantees the safety of the transaction as follows: If a purchase made from IslandStyleHome.com is found to involve unauthorized use of a credit card, the customer simply notifies their credit card provider and follows that company's reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of the customer, the credit card company finds credit card fraud but does not waive the customer's entire liability for unauthorized charges, IslandStyleHome.com will reimburse the customer for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars (US $50.00) per card.

Order Processing:
IslandStyleHome shipping within the United States typically takes about 10 business days. In-stock items are shipped right away, but if an item is on backorder or a special order, it may take a little longer (custom orders take 8 weeks and sometimes longer). CUSTOM ORDERS, once sent to the manufacturer, are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Back-0rdered Items:
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail. If a particular size is not shown in the size selection box for an item, that means it is currently out of stock or not available. If we are unable to fill your order within 5 business days, we will put it on backorder and notify you. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want your order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.

Payment Methods:
IslandStyleHome.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped unless it is a custom order; in that case your credit card will be charged when the order is placed with our tailors.

Shipping and Handling:
IslandStyleHome.com offers a scaled shipping rate for all shipments within the United States sent via US Priority Mail plus a small handling fee. Please allow about 10 business days for delivery. Once your item has been shipped and the carrier has it, delivery is out of our hands, but we do our best to make sure you get your items in a timely fashion.

Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with any NON-custom-made item for any reason, you may return it with the receipt and tags in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt and instructions on what size you want and we will send the new item to you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Return Procedure:
NON-CUSTOM items are returnable less a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Custom orders can be cancelled UP TO 48 HOURS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE ONLY as we are not able to easily sell custom items if a customer decides to cancel.

Sizing Charts:
Womens Sizing Chart Due to the variances of sizes between different manufacturers, we have included individual sizing charts for each women's item in our store. Please check each sizing chart to ensure the best chances for a good fit. We suggest measuring the bust, waist, and hip with a tape measure, then adding 1-2 inches to your body measurements to account for movement and comfort.
